• 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • Milk  80g
  • 1/3 cup unsalted shelled pistachios


1.Add all ingredients except pistachios to speed 18 secure lid and blend until smooth.

2.Select Speed 15 for 15 seconds. Turn on the machine and blend on Speed 22 for 15 seconds, then on Speed 30 for 28 seconds. Use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades. Turn blender off.

3.Add the pistachios.

4."Pulse" 2-7 times with the tamper to push the pistachios into the blades.

5.Enjoy your ice-cream!
